You Can't Stay a Beginner and Hope To Make Money Online

When you have just started examining the possibilities in Internet Marketing your head will spin with a mixture of information overload and excitement about your options. If you are lucky you got into a school that teaches you the skills you need to succeed.

After a while things look a lot different. At first I wanted to find some easy way to make money on the internet. My problem was that I knew so little. Oh, I knew how to surf but the world of Internet Marketing is a whole other pursuit.

Once I wrangled my way though the terminology barrier I began the process of learning the various ways people do this.

For me it came down like this. I wanted to be an affiliate marketer but I just couldn't get started. Maybe that's where you are. Need a push?

The biggest step is getting started. So, a while back I started building my first website. It was one of the easy ones and even that was tough for me. While I was pushing this thing together I started thinking about how I would get traffic to come to the site.

There are a dozen ways to get traffic and the one I chose is called Article Marketing. You might wonder why I'd pick that as my main method and sometimes, so do I! But I remembered that, when I was in college, the things I learned the best were those subjects I had to research and write about. It was almost a "Been There. Done That." moment.

So, here I am writing articles about that subject I am determined to master. That is Internet Marketing.

Here's how I am doing it so far. First, I have my website and squeeze page. I have an autoresponder and I am in the process of creating my first E book! And, in the meantime I am writing articles about how I'm doing it and what I am experiencing while doing it.

So, why am I telling you this? I am assuming you are looking to get started in Internet Marketing and you like reading up on it. Well, that's good. I did a lot of that. Then it became old. I had to DO Something! Create! Struggle. Build. Dare. Conceive and Achieve

So, if you are at that point where you want to get past studying and get into action here is my basic outline for action.

1) Decide on a niche, a market, someone you can sell to.

2) Write some articles about your niche to improve your understanding of it. ( Later these articles will bring you traffic!) ( we'll get to that!)

3) Create a web site with a squeeze page on it. (squeeze pages build your list) (Vital)

4) Get an autoresponder so you can collect leads.

5) Keep driving traffic to your website optin offer page (squeeze page)

6) Send you list free info on what your niche is about.

7) In a letter ask them what is the one thing they'd really like help with.

Offer them a product that gives them that help! (they said they wanted it)

9) Keep doing it.

That's it! This is the way most successful Internet Marketers go about it.

So, pick a niche. If you are having trouble with that consider joining an online Internet Marketing School and they will tell you exactly how to do it. Then, get after it!
